At Costa Homes, building your new custom home is a collaborative journey, guided by our clear, structured process. Here's what you can expect:

Pre Design Stage

This is time spent aligning expectations. Working out what you are expecting as an outcome (wants and needs) and what we can deliver for you at the required budget.

Design & Concept Stage

This stage consists of four phases: site assessment, design review and refinement & specification development. Once design is signed off, full pricing bill and specification completed in form of client offer.

Contract stage

We will work with you to finalise and execute the building contract.

Building Approval Stage

Building application goes into private certifier to get plumbing works and building approval to commence construction. Whilst this is going on all colours will be finalised.

Construction Stage

We now move into the Construction Stage of your new home build.

Completion

The completion of construction marks the successful conclusion of all the hard work and planning
